Let's Look at Your Plan.

A 30-minute conversation can reveal whether your current plan is costing you more than it should — or leaving fiduciary risk on the table. No obligation. No pitch. Just a clear assessment of where you stand.

Common Questions

Consultation FAQ

What happens during the 30-minute consultation?
We learn about your structure — locations, employees, existing plan — then outline what a franchise-optimized plan looks like for you, give you a clear cost picture, and answer specific questions about fiduciary coverage, controlled groups, or conversions. No sales pressure. No obligation.
What should I bring or prepare?
Just a general sense of your business: location count, approximate employee count, current provider if you have one, and any specific questions. If you have a current proposal or plan invoice, bring it — we can review it on the call. Nothing prepared is fine too.
Is it really free with no obligation?
Yes, completely. We give you a clear and accurate picture of your current plan's cost and what a better-structured plan would look like. What you do with that is entirely up to you.
How quickly can a plan be set up after the call?
A new plan can be established same-day once documents are signed. Conversions are typically live within 30 days, full asset transfer within 90 days, with employees contributing to the new plan immediately — no blackout. See plan conversion.
What if I already have a plan?
That is one of the most common starting points. We benchmark your current plan's costs, fiduciary structure, and compliance provisions and show you exactly what you have, what you are paying, and whether it is the right fit. Many plan sponsors have never had their plan independently reviewed. See plan review.
Should I book the 30-minute or 15-minute call?
30 minutes if you want a full plan review, have an existing plan to discuss, or have questions about controlled groups, Syndicate structures, or a conversion. 15 minutes if you have a quick specific question or just want a general sense of fit before a longer conversation.
Your Franchise. Your People. Your Plan.
Isn't It Time Your Franchise Had a 401(k) Built for It?
Franchise ownership creates retirement plan complexity that generic providers were not designed for. A complimentary benchmark review takes 30 minutes and shows you how your current plan's costs, structure, and fiduciary process compare to the market.
